Gabriel Hilario

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hilario has acquired extensive experience in the 25 years he’s been working in the construction industry. His career began as a civil engineer in the United States Air Force. After being honorably discharged, he worked for Boral Material Technologies as a research and development lab manager, assisting with the development of an advance concrete additive which revolutionized concrete super plasticizers. His focus shifted to development as an engineering technical specialist for the City of San Antonio.

Prior to forming Prime Universal Group, Mr. Hilario was a site estimator, estimating manager and theater deputy project controls manager for Kellogg Brown and Root in support of Coalition Troops throughout the Middle East on the LOGCAP III project.

Mr. Hilario’s most notable accomplishments consist of obtaining $1.2 billion for a client on the LOGCVAP IV project. Throughout his career, he’s successfully increased his knowledge and expertise in all aspects of construction. He has an Associates in Applied Science from St. Phillips College in San Antonio, Texas.

Dan Hintz

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Hintz utilizes more than 16 years of construction, estimating, cost analysis and forensics experience prior to becoming Prime Universal Group’s COO. His expertise encompasses government, nuclear and mining and metals sectors in the United States, Southwest Asia and Australia. Building upon his time working in areas of conflict, Mr. Hintz gained vital knowledge on large scale government contracts. This experience led to him to join Mr. Hilario in the establishment of Prime Universal Group in 2010.

Mr. Hintz brings key operational, contracting and leadership to a high-speed and detailed oriented company. Within the past six years, he helped build a top tier team that has assisted in collecting more than $1.2 billion through the request for equitable adjustments process, which expanded Prime Universal Group’s footprint throughout the U.S. and outside the continental U.S. He has a Bachelor of Science in Project Management and is currently pursuing his PMP.
